Jacqueline Dyna

EEA Resident Director

Jacqueline Dyna is Global Divide’s Resident Director for the European Economic Area. A German-Polish public affairs consultant and policy researcher, she specializes in governance, sustainability, and gender justice. Jacqueline has contributed to UNECE multilateral processes, including co-organizing the Regional Forum on Sustainable Development and supporting preparations for the Beijing+30 Review.

Her expertise spans public sector consulting, ESG strategy, and feminist policy advocacy, developed through roles in international organizations, think tanks, and government. She holds a Master’s in International Affairs and Governance from the University of St. Gallen and a CEMS Master’s in International Management, with studies in Portugal and at Harvard University. Most recently, Jacqueline served as a Gender and Policy Research Fellow at WILPF, where she advanced peacebuilding initiatives and intersectional advocacy.
