Representing You

Our brochure is available, offered in six languages: English, French, Spanish, Swahili, Hindi, and Arabic.
Ms. Dounia Guetarni, NGO Liaison at Global Divide, will be pleased to answer your inquiries on how we can support your NGO through research, UN representation, and organisational guidance. You may book a 30-minute session through our Calendly page.
We recognise that NGOs across the Global South have different levels of resources. Global Divide applies a flexible daily fee based on an NGO’s budget to remain accessible and sustainable for small NGOs. Fees are charged per representative, per day. Multiple representatives can be provided for parallel UN sessions or broader coverage based on a client’s request.
In some cases, we also provide free representation for indigent NGOs with no prior history of UN representation. Eligible organisations may contact us at representation@globaldivide.org.
All NGOs are welcome to access our flexible pricing framework here:
What we do through delegation letters
Delegation Letters – Your Voice in the Room
Global Divide ensures grassroots changemakers are heard at the highest levels. Through official delegation letters, we represent your organisation in UN and international policy spaces, delivering your statements, we craft reports in collaboration with you, keeping your story intact. Our dedicated policy professionals in Geneva, New York, and Vienna are largely from the Global South, bringing lived experience and global expertise to every engagement. You bring the message, we take it to the table without compromise.
Scenario
What is delivering an oral statement like on your behalf?
Once we receive your official delegation letter and statement weeks or months in advance, we assign a Global Divide policy consultant in Geneva, New York, or Vienna whose expertise aligns with your issue. We review your statement for UN technical compliance, ensuring your voice and message remain intact. Within days, we submit it under your organisation’s name through the proper UN channels, secure your speaking slot, and arrange targeted meetings with missions, rapporteurs, and committee members to strengthen your impact.
During the session, our representative delivers your statement, engages decision-makers, and provides real-time updates. Afterward, we share the UN transcript and video, summarise key outcomes, and recommend next steps for continued advocacy. We also track developments for months after to ensure your message continues shaping policy beyond the meeting room.
